2/ Many scholars do not believe any Hadith meets the standard of mutawatir. Ibn Hibban said there are no mutawatir Hadith. Ibn al-Salah said if we apply the definition of mutawatir, it is doubtful that any Hadith can meet the requirements except for possibly one Hadith
3/ This is the famous Hadith regarding anyone who lies about the prophet will find their place in Hell. Yet, even this Hadith has variations, so it cannot be considered the absolute verbatim statement from the prophet.

4/ Tuwatir of Hadith is at a lower level than the tuwatir of Quran. There is no Hadith that is as widely transmitted as Quran. That is why scholars differed on whether there were even any mutawatir Hadith. Therefore, scholars unanimously agree most of the Hadith are not mutawatir
5/ If a person rejects a ruling based only on Hadith, they can't be accused of kufr even if many scholars claimed the Hadith to be mutawatir.

7/ The number of Salat and Raka aren't known because of mutawatir Hadith as the Hadith that contain these matters are themselves not mutawatir, but are known because the practice was mutawatir and existed in the broader capacity than the Hadith that discuss these topics.
8/ Some try to say the transmission of the Quran and Hadith were one and the same; therefore, you can't accept the Quran w/o accepting the Hadith

9/ It is misleading to rely on Quranic isnad as a means for ascertaining the tuwatir of the Quran because the Quran's isnad isn't the foundation for its transmission, and it wasn’t until the 5th Hijri (11th CE) that Quranic Isnad was even applied
10/ Most importantly, there was no guarantee from God that He would preserve the Hadith, but only that He will preserve the Quran; His message to mankind
