Why are we still contributing to this system knowing that it's going broke? This is outright theft from the younger generations (more below)

Retiree benefits are approaching $50k / year. This is funded by the younger working class, while millennial's median salary is only $30k
Generosity to the elderly is skyrocketing -- and only getting worse as there are 10k retirees / day.
The young's consumption is up by 38%in 30 years while the olds is up by 164%
90 yo today are on average spending 135% of what the avg 40-year-old is making and twice what the avg 30 year old is spending
Who's bearing this burden? Millenials. Look at the chart below.

People aged 20-30 can expect to pay in more to the system much more than they receive, while it's the opposite for everyone else.
Today's policies are designed to buy votes by borrowing from future generations.

Citizens turning 65 in 2013 are expected to receive $327k from the government vs "future unborn children: who will have to pay in $421k.
All poverty rate changes since the 60s have accrued to the elderly. Meanwhile, millenial poverty rates have actually increased and their tax burden has as well.
Meanwhile, there's over $1tn student loans outstanding and supposedly 40% of them are already nonperforming
Millenials are also more unemployed than they've ever been and median income for those employed has fallen to $30k.
The young has more unemployment and debt than ever, while the elderly are reaping the rewards. The problem is the young are glomming onto politicians that only grow this system

Each generation should cover the cost of its own bills. It's time for this generational theft to end.
