-Mid July: I discover that Carter Page allegedly committed $350M to this group
-July 24: I reach out to RD Heritage and Page via email and LinkedIn, looking for more info.
-July 25: RD Heritage scrubs their website of all mentions of Page and Global Energy Capital

I was told by one source in the banking industry that the company was VTB. I was never able to verify this completely, but the person has been in the industry for 30+ years.
Alfa Bank and Deutsche Bank are not owned by a foreign government. It is not either of those.
