Dear objective CNN WH reporter,

- Birthright Citizenship is not in the US Constitution

- There is 0 precedent for conferring US citizenship on children born to non US citizens

- Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4 gives plenary power to Congress over naturalization & jurisdiction
- Birthright Citizenship is not "enshrined" in any US court ruling, law passed by congress or the Constitution

- Birthright Citizenship is a product of the administrative & bureaucratic state

- As Chief Executive, President Trump has the full authority to stop the practice
If you work at the WH, cover the president or national politics - you should educate yourself on Birthright Citizenship to avoid spreading fake news.
Some reading by various scholars (much smarter than me)
