Nice thread of arguments on the exploitative nature of e-commerce. Is it a natural monopoly to be taken over by the state?

No. There is an alternative model, but it requires users to be trained as full-fledged programmers & data scientists. Then, we can have a democratic market.
E-commerce can be imagined as an octopus with tentacles to everywhere in the universe, or as a village where every user has control over his personal bicycle. Both the models for computation are possible. But we increasingly gravitated towards the octopus.

Is the monopolization an eventuality ? The one ring to rule them all ?

No. But we have to actively choose to build the alternative future. It will take time and resources, we need to be patient. And prevent the ecological collapse from happening while we build the alternatives.
Yes, you are right. But it depends on how you define socialism. It can be either defined as a democracy of opportunities, or as a monopolistic control by an overbearing state, irrespective of the ecological cost or of the annihilation of diversity.
The hard lesson is that democracy is not easy, either to establish or to sustain. Nothing short of a full-fledged computational education of citizens will maintain such a democracy.

It requires people to be aware of the cognitive hacking of their brains, and be armed against it.
