This raises the - for constitutional lawyers intriguing - prospect that the Inner House may wrestle with the question whether the Miller case (which proceeded from a legal premise we now know to be erroneous) was wrong in law.

My own view is that legislation is not needed to revoke the Article 50 Notice - although I accept the issue is not clear.
This seems also to be the Government's view: see exhibit A (from @faisalislam's blog news.sky.com/story/governme…).
And exhibit B - that the Government dropped the contention legislation was required between the Court of Session (first image) and Supreme Court (second image).
