Slack started breaking for us when we hit 2,000+ concurrent students. We tried our best to segment into channels but anything shared to all is too chaotic.
I still want a shared #hired channel though.
Our admissions onboarding is too difficult and email-driven, causing 1,000+ emails per week per rep, which means SLOW.
Student dashboards should be smarter in showing a student what they ought to be doing as well.
Difficult to do since classes are still happening and schemas change mid-flight.
