F I V E civil suits surrounding the events of august 12, 2017 were filed just under the wire on the statute of limitations.

trying to convince myself to finish some writing i need to do before treating myself to 100+ pages of civil complaints (i can’t look away from the train wreck that is greg conte suing the commonwealth of virginia + a smattering of random antifascists in the same complaint!)
ok i really do have other work to do tonight but let me just say one more thing: i’m PRETTY SURE you can’t sue for attorneys’ fees if you’re a non-attorney representing yourself since you didn’t have to PAY any attorneys’ fees to the attorney you don’t have.
