Isis re-emerging
Here is my own point of view about reactivation of #ISIS in Iraq
After the end of Baghouz battle many people in the East and west said that Isis ended including president @realtrump. Sdf officers were using “geographical end” which was more accurate.(1)
Now Isis is reactivating and carrying out attacks on daily bases .We can’t talk about Isis reactivation and ignoring the history of Isis territories or Arab Sunni area in Iraq and characteristics of its people

Those tribes people are dominated or overwhelmed with revenge.(2)
Now children and relatives of killed Isis members are joining the org out of vengeance. Revenge from “Iran backed” government is widespread idea among former Baathist at least.
Feeling of grieving prevailed among Sunni community since 2003 (3)
so those people support the oppressed Sunni out some Hafeaths and verses of Quran, it is a practice of belief for them. So joining Isis is a way of fulfilling those texts and taking revenge, too. (4)
In tribal culture, hiding wanted people is a matter of pride, many Isis leaders and Amirs hide among their own or another tribe till the right and ripe time. This come from the organic integrity between Isis and SOME tribes at least which helps its reactivation (5)
History
Iraq’s first round of the most recent circle of violence started with 1958 coup against the monarchy family. In which hundreds of royal family members and followers have been killed and dragged within an hour and a half.(6)
In 1959 thousands of people have been killed brutally and also dragged in streets of Mosul after failed coup led by A Alshwaf
In 1963 another round of bloodshed started by Baathists against communists and Abdulkareem Qasim followers. (7)
1968 despite the Baathist coup was clean at the first days but then the Baathist turned to be the bloodiest ever reign in Iraq modern history

All this bloodshed as well as revenge mentality have played great role to bring Isis to be active and powerful agin. (8)
For sure those are are not all reasons behind their activities. There are a range of subjective reasons like US relocating, Iraqi state’s essential failure, inherent corruption, lack of work opportunities for Iraqi youth, Corona virus lockdown, keeping IDP file 4so long time (9)
for eastern Syrian areas, majority of its people saw themselves Iraqis more than Syrians. Therefore, almost same characteristics go for them
When they say Isis re-emerging the term is not so precise. Because Isis didn’t disappear to re-emerge (10)
While Isis was retreating from main cities in Iraq I heard two things from very authentic sources. The 1st Isis took some heavy weapons from Mosul toward sout desert. 2nd, ISIS contacted each Arab Sunni family as soon as they came back to their villages and towns. They’ve plan
