Today In History, 1827: The Sandbar Fight. Though not well known, this is the event where the legend of Jim Bowie, and his famous knife, originated. Bowie is obviously famous for the battle of the Alamo, but read this story from nearly a decade earlier. . .
On September 19, 1827 a duel between Samuel Wells and Dr. Thomas H. Maddox took place in. They were representatives of 2 wealthy Louisiana families who had feuded for years. To skirt state laws the duel took place on a sandbar in the Mississippi river, near Natchez.
Each man fired a shot, intentionally missed (often the case) and they shook hands. But after the fight members of both factions broke out into a brawl. James Bowie, along with his brother Rezin (Who is actually credited with inventing the Bowie Knife) were supporters of Wells

If these RINO's refuse to vote for a Supreme Court Justice, risking these Anti-American Terrorist Dems to take control of Supreme Court for decades, which would destroy our country forever, then they must never be voted in again. Dems don't vote for these Rinos, Republicans do
So if any of these rinos are from your states, then you better let them know. Susan Collins, for instance, is having a tough reelection run right now. Remind her that it's not the Democrats voting for her. If she fucks us here she will surely lose
We have a chance at taking control of the Supreme Court for decades. It's the single most important thing. These terrorists can not have control of the supreme court. We can deny them that for 30+ years

In 1790 Congress passes the residence act, giving President Washington the power to chose a permanent home for the Federal Government. Architect William Thornton won a design competition for the U.S. Capitol
The original Capitol building was completed in 1800, though it was destroyed in the burning of Washington during the War of 1812 by the invading British Army. It was then rebuilt within 5 years.

Joe Biden pretends to like Spanish music while talking to Hispanics in Florida. . . you don't get more phony and pathetic than this
By the way, the name of the song is "despacito", which translates to "Slowly" - so it obviously fits in with Joe Biden
I'd love to see how many Daddy Yankee albums Biden owns
