You think Trump is an illegitimate authoritarian etc etc etc ok, fine. But you're not a "rule of law republican" if you're literally coming out against the constitutional law and the legal due process that will give conservatives a 6-3 majority.
You're simply collecting donations while wearing that costume.
If you want to side with Dems or abstain because of Trump, the president. That's fair. Work to unseat him.

This is a way to juice up those grifter dollars before the election. More power to you guys, but you're not conservatives and you should stop be pretending to be such, even it keeps you off MSNBC and Bill Maher.
Being against Trump and being against this process moving forward are not incompatible, but if they come out in favor of filling that seat, there goes all that resistance goodwill and MSNBC hits, and that's the trap they're in. Have fun guys!
