1. President Trump promised voters during his 2016 campaign that he would stem the tide of companies offshoring jobs, but a new report reveals that an additional 200,000 American jobs have been sent overseas on his watch.

ADF said Farris “has never met Amy Coney Barrett in any capacity.”

1. The White House is blocking new coronavirus vaccine guidelines from the FDA over concerns they will push emergency authorization past the November election.

President Trump has said repeatedly that a vaccine would be ready by Nov. 3.
