1) Yes I have terminal heart disease, no I won't be keeling over tomorrow. People on the medications I've been prescribed live on average 30 to 50 months.
I'm surprisingly OK with this, I feel OK, when it happens, I'll go pretty quick, I'm not expecting it to hurt much. 2) I don't believe in the boogeyman. I'm not sure what's up next but whatever it is, could be cool. I've always thought people who play on fear and apprehension are jerks anyway.
I'll keep working on conservation and who knows, maybe I can make a difference.

Either we rewild the west now, and save ourselves, or the west will rewild itself, without us.
What would you rather happen ?
We wrote out a plan to recover the west, we detailed the few simple changes that would help it, help us.
And not a single politician had the courage to even discuss it.
We suggest banning all but subsistence hunting on public land. No trophy hunting of any kind, no trapping, no killing contests, none of it. Permits should be issued based on economic need, tribal rights and scientific review of population densities.

We also suggest banning all livestock from public lands and reallocating all associated subsidies in efforts to Rewild the West.
Wildlife Overpasses being a priority.
$8 billion annually in wildlife vehicle collisions and countless fatalities that could be avoided.

Rewild the West
The idea behind rewilding the west isn't just to rebuild wildlife corridors and let the buffalo roam, it's a much bigger picture, it's a solution which amplifies mitigation dollars by addressing several problems at once.
