The homes below are in Montreal three-quarters of the city’s residences are apts in duplexes, rowhouses, semi-detached houses, or buildings with fewer than five stories. 2/ Montreal has less land covered in SFH in comparison to Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton and Calgary.

1/Great piece by the 5th estate regarding the renting crisis. Feds have failed on providing social housing for the most vulnerable, and it is shameful that the housing minister will not even state the # of affordable units built nor the price of rent.
