1/8.. Good morning friends, can I begin today by saying I am NOT a member of the Royal Family. Just thought I’d get that out of the way at the outset.

We begin another week with the American Rescue Plan approved and Republicans squealing about lack of scrutiny blah blah blah.
2/8 Let’s get this absolutely clear. In 2017, Republicans gave Corporate America the biggest tax giveaway in history, saying it would lead to growth and prosperity. It was an ABJECT FAILURE. Even the best estimates indicate that it will lead to a shortfall return of between..
3/8 ..$700 billion and $1.2 trillion. Corporate entities embarked on a stock buyback spree, but all was justified by workers being given a few high profile PR driven bonus payments. Once history reflects, it will go down as a robbery prosecuted by the state on the American people

1/8 Good morning brothers and resister sisters, we approach another week with a step forward for the administration, as Joe Biden gets his $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan through the Senate.

Whilst not without incident thanks to Mr Manchin and a pathetic gesture from ..
2/8.. Kyrsten Sinema, this represents a big win for Biden which was evident in his speech following the floor vote. There can be no doubt as to his sincerity and I did like the way he used public Republican support to paint it as a bipartisan bill. The old fox still has it.
3/8 Mitch McConnell could do little but play the victim card, that Dems were pushing through a bill with little scrutiny, blah blah blah. It really was quite pathetic to watch.

I have no idea what Chuck Schumer said to Manchin when they had their discussion, or what he had to..

Hello friends. Can I just say a massive thank you for the time many have taken to say really nice things about ‘Say Something’ I’m humbled.

As of Monday 8 March I’m shifting all video content to YouTube in order to centralise copyright control. This will make it
2/3 ..much easier to publish content across all social media platforms. My reach is now extending and I want to ensure copyright compliance is centralised. This enables me to use one central content distribution point.

It will also ensure that appropriate royalties are paid
3/3 ..to the talented artists who’s work is sometimes featured in my work. As a recording engineer, I understand the importance of copyright and I want to make sure everything you view is viewed with the knowledge that everything is copyright compliant.

Thank you

1/7 Good morning friends. It seems as though the American people mean absolutely nothing to Republicans and this is a story that needs to be told.

During the Obama administration, Republicans were very open about the fact that they would literally embark upon a strategy
2/7.. of blocking everything Obama did. This was a strategic move and began years of obstructionist politics.

It wound appear that we are now entering another phase of the same, as they try to disrupt Biden’s agenda. This has not been helped by Joe Manchin who seems to be making
3/7.. it his mission to effectively assert himself as the policy gatekeeper of the Senate. I read a post yesterday that said, ‘He’s a politician, just pay him a bribe and get it done’. There you have it, a damning indictment of the public view of politics.

Republicans know that

1/9 Good morning my ever expanding bunch of friends. As a Brit on the outside looking in, I am absolutely fascinated with the ease in which the opposition party can obstruct the progress of government.

All political systems have their obstructionist paths, but your founders had
2/9.. to be either stoned, or drunk as skunks when they wrote some of this stuff down. Some of it is the political equivalent of waking up with your eyebrows shaved off by your pals while you were out of it.

Politicians the world over are often described as failed actors in ..
3/9.. search of their day in the sun, but some of these GOP clowns have been out in the sun so much their skin is peeling!

Going back to the Obama years in particular, we know Mitch McConnell said he would simply block everything he attempted to do and during the 8 years of

1/9 Good morning friends. I was relieved to note that HR1 passed in the House yesterday. However, we now have the uncomfortable situation where Mr Manchin and co can play kingmaker again.

If he steps in the way of this, then he’s simply not a Democrat. It is absolutely vital ..
2/9.. that this bill pass the Senate and become law. If this bill falls, the consequences could be catastrophic for the Dems.

I spent some time listening to the debate in the Senate on the ARP and Republicans really aren’t very happy bunnies are they? It seems incredulous to me
3/9.. that in 2017 they exploded the deficit, but claimed the measures would deliver growth and additional revenue. Even at the time, this was seen to be optimistic. Figures in 2018 indicated there would be a shortfall of between $700 billion and $1.1 trillion. This was assuming

1/9 Good morning friends. As we move further into the tenure of the Biden administration, we start to get a clearer picture of the Republican position.

Their internal feuding can sometimes distract from their underlying intent, but yesterday in hearings on the Jan 6 insurrection
2/9 ..the intent was there on full unvarnished display. You know you have a real problem when you try to draw similarities between opportunist looting arising from protests against police brutality and the storming of the seat of democracy with the intent to hunt down and murder
3/9 ..lawmakers. This wasn’t about seizing an opportunity to steal a TV or a pair of trainers, this was about an attempted overthrow of legitimate government.

Those same Republican members attempting to paint events as the rough and tumble of protest, would happily today be

1/9 Good morning friends. After having being submerged in my last video for over 20 hours, I’ve had time to reflect a little better now on CPAC.

It has just served to reassert my thoughts that the Trump thing is over. Well at least the Donald Trump thing anyway. He just spewed
2/9.. the same old same old victim rhetoric and it just sounded so ‘yesterday’. He was just like a one hit wonder pop star, who just can’t deliver on the follow up album.

Now whilst there is no doubt vigilance is the watch word here, I really do think it’s time to move on ..
3/9 ..and focus on the important things, like passing the ARP, passing HR1 and introducing an infrastructure bill.

The welfare of Americans, has for all to long been held back by the filibuster. You can shout about process and tradition all you like, it is not fit for purpose..

1/7 Good morning friends. So we begin another week and the press start to challenge The administration now at every twist and turn.

After just a month, any hint of a misstep and the press are on it. Still, I suppose this is what having a free press means in a modern democracy..
2/7 CPAC was an interesting journey into a parallel universe where Trump didn’t really lose the election and Joe Biden is squatting in the Oval Office. Strange times.

Although we tend to overlook it now, there remains a huge security presence in the Capital and around the ..
3/7.. White House. The same type of security associated with the security of a Presidential Palace, in a failed African country. If ever there was an example of democracy under siege, there you have it.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, elected politicians at CPAC are simply..

1/6 Good morning friends. As we prepare for another week, of challenges, we reflect on the fact that the Biden Administration is now hitting the trenches when it comes to policy. The reality of day to day politics, is now the new narrative. The time for executive action has to.
2/6 ..take a back seat to the act of governing. On the good news front, the ARP has passed in Congress and now makes its way through the Senate. I discussed yesterday the imperatives for the $15 minimum wage and the need to address the fears of minority communities. Moving
3/6..the ARP through the Senate this week, is an absolute imperative. The vaccination programme, despite bad weather issues, is continuing at pace. With the addition of the single dose J & J vaccine coming on stream imminently, I believe that the timetable will step up and the..

1/7 Good morning resister brothers and sisters. As we draw a close on another week, politics is in full swing. Republicans playing blocking and delaying tactics on Cabinet confirmations, a week made worse for Biden by Manchin doing his kingmaker thing and acceptance that the..
2/7.. $15 minimum wage will get stripped from the ARP when it goes through the Senate.

On the latter point, I think that Dems will pay a steep price if they don’t make this happen before 2022. Understandably, progressives are very unhappy and believe the Senate Parliamentarian..
3/7.. should be overruled on her ruling that the $15 minimum wage item be removed. Not Biden’s style methinks, having been in the Senate for decades.

Regardless of whether it is stripped out, it MUST be a Dem priority, otherwise it will rightly be viewed as the same old same ..

1/7 Good morning friends. Things are starting to heat up on both sides of the aisle. Mitch McConnell forgot to take his ‘remember who I am’ tablets and has now been reinfected with the Trump virus, as CPAC gets underway. There seems to be no end of Republicans more than happy..
2/7 ..to push the ‘big lie’, as this denial fest continues in both Houses.

The $15 minimum wage has been stripped out of the bill at the instruction of the chief parliamentarian.

You could just hear the sigh of relief as Biden was able to dodge a political bullet, so keeping..
3/7 ..progressives onside to be able to pass the bill, hopefully today. It was never in any real doubt, that Republicans would pounce on any opportunity to disrupt, as the administration is forced to stand down on their OMB nominee Neera Tanden. I still think it’s a shame and ..

1/7 Good morning friends. It seems Neera Tanden will almost certainly not be confirmed, which is a real shame as she would have done a great job At OMB.

It raises an interesting point about the past coming back to haunt. There is little doubt that Republicans at the moment,
2/7 ..are looking for any opportunity to block any nominee they can, but to be aided and abetted by Democrats is for me unacceptable. This brings me nicely to the subject of Joe Manchin. He is a politician of the worst kind. One that will use the fragile majority of his leader ..
3/7 ..to boost his own political profile. He knows how crucial his vote is, so at every twist and turn he’s playing kingmaker. My suggestion to Biden on this is ‘never forget’. On a wider note, it brings into focus how disruptive Trumps refusal to co-operate during transition has

1/8..Good morning my friends, how are you all doing today? Before we talk issues of the day, I just wanted to say THANk YOU.

When I started this journey in September last year, I had survived a horrible year and was looking to try and find a way to start again after losing just
2/8..about everything I had ever worked for. Covid 19, aside from killing people, has devastated small businesses and left previously OK lives in tatters.

My aim in September was to try and find a way to combine my creative talent to find a way for it to support me, whilst
3/8..helping do some good. I’m still coming up short on the first part of my objective, but I genuinely feel like I’m doing some good, judging from the feedback and kind comments I get from my ever expanding circle of friends.

1/7 Good morning friends and welcome to all my new recruits, it’s a pleasure to have you onboard.

Yesterday was a very sad day in so many ways. It was the realisation that words alone can kill. Trump’s Covid denial strategy in pursuit of four more years, literally led to over
2/7..150k, maybe more unnecessary deaths. People were always going to die, but not at the catastrophic rate the US has experienced. It has been horrific and heartbreaking. I thought Joe’s address to the nation was extraordinarily powerful and deeply heartfelt. Not a sentiment
3/7..expressed in the era of Trump. If nations are a reflection of their leaders heart, then American is in a good place today.

Every great president needs a great Attorney General and Merrick Garland proved yesterday what a giant of the legal establishment he is, not ..

1/8 Good morning. So begins another week. Where to start? Just when I think, ahh yes I understand now, someone hits me in the face with another political bat. My Texas weekend left me scratching my head and thinking to myself, WTF again! Maybe I’m stupid? Or is it that I’m going
2/8..insane? Michael McCaul (R Texas) openly and without a flicker of remorse for abject failure said openly on TV, the plan was to use federal assistance money to pay exorbitant energy bills for Texans being extorted by Texan power companies. Yes you heard that right. YOUR
3/8..hard earned dollars being used to pay what can only be described as a criminal enterprise for thousands of dollars charged by energy companies to customers, in the middle of a pandemic and a power crisis. If that had happened in the U.K, the government would have frozen

1/8 So ends another week. Despite the media still obsessing about Trump and the leadership of the GOP, I can safely say I’ve moved on. Mar-a-Lago, has become a refuge for irrelevant nut jobs and underpaid serving staff. Watching Trump, is like watching a fading pop star who..
2/8..thinks he’s still got it. The harsh reality is Donny that the Village People have had their day and are exiled to the record bin of Dave Doubledecks and his mobile disco. As life marches on, his relevance diminishes along with the sanity of his fringe right wannabes. Whilst
3/8..grave diggers across the nation mourn his political passing, the rest of us look forward to a better America 🇺🇸

Sadly, even in a new era of American politics, the stain of Republican greed and incompetence, stands tall in Texas. It seems to me that the people of Texas have

1/6 Good morning. As we close out another week it’s a time of mixed emotions. I was heartened by Joe’s statement to allies across the the world that ‘America is back’. I’m very much an observer of body language and you get the sense now that Biden is finding his feet and piecing

1/9 Good morning my band of truth seekers and warriors in the fight fir a better tomorrow. Despite a few stutters, the Biden administration is making good steady progress on all fronts. I was tied up video editing all yesterday, so I need to play catch up, but he’s going early ..
2/9 ..on immigration and that is a bold step indeed. It’s the graveyard of many policy attempts, but worth an early punt. I want to study it a little more before diving in. In my research for my Texas video, I saw what it is that drives me to be here. Naked unbridled worship of

1/4 Good morning friends, another day another failure of leadership. The people of Texas are central in my thoughts today and I’ve decided to visualise their plight at the hands of leadership that have been delinquent in their duty of care. I’m going to try my best to post this
2/4..late this evening, but I can’t promise as I’m starting from scratch and also need to do research as well as storyboarding. I am well aware that people are living this and if you are one of those, feel free to record a statement and DM to me. No promises to include it, but
