This is addressed in the suit. That he was told his form of adoption was called “conservator” and that they publicly stated that they were his adoptive parents. What he’s saying he didn’t know is that they never told him he was signing away his rights and never planned to adopt

You can read the suit for yourself here. I’m skeptical as to how much legal support he can get from this outside of leaving his conservatorship but his grievances are quite clear. They didn’t even uphold the basic requirements of being conservators wkrn.com/wp-content/upl…
