1/8 A thread. Oral arguments in my racial #discrimination lawsuit against @acog @PtSafetyCouncil will be heard here in Boston on 6/25. ACOG, a non-profit which receives funding through @HHSGov & @HRSAgov grants, donations & membership fees, has employed 4 lawyers whose job it is
2/8 to suppress my voice by trying to have my case dismissed, or moved to D.C., where their headquarters are located. Last year, @acog initiated a relationship with me to develop a Patient Advisory Group and invited me to apply to become a voting member of the @PtSafetyCouncil.
3/8 I was also invited to and spoke at both their Annual Clinical Conference and their annual AIM meeting in 2019. My membership was denied shortly after I provided @acog employees with documentation that a member of the @PtSafetyCouncil was perpetuating racist ideology about

1/10: On 2/28/20 I filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists #ACOG @acog pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq. (“Title VI”).
2/10 The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists #ACOG is in violation of Title VI as it has intentionally discriminated against me on the basis of race by denying me the opportunity to participate as a member of one of its integral planning or advisory bodies,
3/10 the Council on Patient Safety in Women’s Healthcare @PtSafetyCouncil A meeting was scheduled with ACOG leadership on January 10th and it did not take place. The meeting was to include ACOG CEO Dr. Maureen Phipps and the current Chair and Vice Chair of the @PtSafetyCouncil,
