🚨🚨BREAKING EXCLUSIVE (Actually): First release of COVID V-Safe text data available. @ChelleWards @HighWireTalk

The first release is available here. It’s deeply concerning. Please read and I’ll have more details to follow.

thehighwire.com/editorial/brea… Remember, the data provided starts from the earliest entries received - many people had JUST gotten this shot. The safety signals are insane. Tachycardia, chest tightness, metallic taste in mouth, parasthesia, dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, blood sugar issues, temporary blindness, people fainting, kidney issues - you name it. It’s here.

🚨🚨Missouri v. Biden: Congressman file Amicus in support of free speech in Missouri v. Biden - set to be heard by the SCOTUS on 3/18. Words aren’t sufficient to explain how important it was that Liz be elected AG. Louisiana delivered. This brief is great because the Judiciary committee subpoenaed the social media companies and received responsive documents OUTSIDE of what the government has already provided in the case, giving another angle to the malfeasance. And there’s no doubt at this point that it was malfeasance. See next post.

🚨🧵V-safe Data Release: A serious review of this case, this decision, and its implications is in order. Follow along with me, and bookmark this for reference. This thread will also be found on my highlights tab. Since the COVID products were placed under EUA, the government has told us they were "safe and effective." When some doctors and members of the public began to suspect that may not be the case, they turned to VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

🚨THREAD: Rumble is suing two individual Plaintiffs who run "Check my Ads" in connection with Media Matters. They are seeking punitive damages and an injunction to stop their conduct, among other things.

This will be my ongoing thread analyzing this lawsuit. Please bookmark it, and you can also find it on my highlights tab.

@rumblevideo @chrispavlovski
LINK: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…Image As per the suit, Check My Ads, while purporting to combat the "global disinformation epidemic," has been involved in its own campaign to censor, silence, and cancel speech by defaming people they are ideologically opposed to - and they do it by attempting to persuade advertisers to leave platforms, like Rumble.Image

🚨🚨This will be my ongoing thread and analysis of Texas v. Pfizer. Bookmark this thread and come back often for updates on the case. It will additionally be included on my Highlights page.

@KenPaxtonTX filed a whopper of a lawsuit against Pfizer. You will need your thinking caps for it. The petition can be found here: You will likely remember the constant drumbeat that the Pfizer mRNA shots were "95% effective." The filing starts "The COVID-19 vaccines are the miracle that wasn't."

1. More Americans died in 2021 with the vaccine available than in 2020 - with the vaccine available and the majority of Americans taking Pfizer's.

2. By the end of 2021, in some places, a greater percentage of the vaccinated were dying from COVID-19 than the unvaccinated.

As per the filing, the Pfizer shot was plainly not "95% effective.

The suit gets in to the why and how shortly.

THREAD: I’m a DeSantis supporter. Many knew this, some didn’t. Frankly I’ve tried to stay out of the vitriol and the fray because it’s disgusting. The behavior I’ve seen is gross. Any time I’ve shared my opinions or reasons WHY I am voting for DeSantis I’ve been MERCILESSLY attacked.
However, the fact remains that I am voting for him. And I know a LARGE contingency of former Trump voters who are too. Both here in my state of SC and elsewhere. There were very few who supported Trump as much as I did. If I am feeling this way, lots of other folks are too.

🧵Something went terribly awry for me yesterday. I wanted to share an experience I had. I am full carnivore. That means my diet consists of beef, eggs, cheese and butter ONLY. VERY rarely I’ll have a snack of nuts. I eat 1x per day, right around noon. Yesterday, something went wrong with lunch that led to me not being satiated. I grabbed my rarely used nuts from the pantry and ate about - little more than 1/4 cup. The nuts have pure dark chocolate in them. I shouldn’t ever have that, really, but maybe once every few months I’ll eat the carbs and the chocolate.

🚨🚨🚨THREAD: I wrote the following as an article 1 year ago today. I’ll leave the link so you can share it but this needs to be said, again. I hope it resonates. I read a column in "The Atlantic" today written by Emily Oster, an economist at Brown University. She lists in her bio that she is the author of "The Family Firm: A Data-Driven Guide to Better Decision Making in the Early School Years." To be clear, I haven't read her "data-driven" book, but for someone who touts being analytical and precise when decision-making, she sure does want us to forget all of the absolutely dreadful mistakes the COVID tyrants have made throughout the years. She also has continued to perpetuate misinformation while blithely accusing others of the same. Sound familiar? Welcome to the hell that is now mainstream America.

🚨THREAD: Missouri v. Biden - SCOTUS grants cert.

The SCOTUS has decided to take on the temporary injunction in the Missouri v. Biden case. However, they have extended the STAY (hold) on the temporary injunction, which bars the government from working with social media companies to censor, for an indefinite period of time…

LINK: To begin, let’s clarify what this is with a brief review. If you need a refresher on this VERY important case, please see my pinned tweet. This will be an update for those of you who have been at least following along a bit…

THREAD: I know there’s really a lot of chaos in the world right now, but my daughter just sent me a bunch of photos from her day. And something about this photo just struck me. Image First, this is MY daughter. She’s about to be 18. Suddenly it just hit me that I gave birth to this beautiful human almost EIGHTEEN years ago. And, she’s got so much promise, opportunity, energy - so much in front of her.

🚨THREAD: @elonmusk and X Corp have filed a lawsuit against California. Image X is challenging AB 587, which requires large social media companies to post their TOS as dictated by the government, and submit a report to the AG (a law enforcement officer) that provides:

1. A detailed description of content moderation practices used by the SM company

2. Information about how and whether the company moderates hate speech or racism, extremism or radicalization, disinformation or misinformation, harassment, foreign political interference - and -

3. Information and statistics about action they have taken to moderate for these categories…..

🚨🚨THREAD: 5th Circuit Ruling on appeal of Temporary Injunction in the case of Missouri v. Biden

I know many of you are new to this case, so I am going to to a *brief* (ish) update for you before we begin. You can also see this post below for a thread of the entire case history so far. @elonmusk I am currently doing very important journalism right on X. Let it be known..
It came time for a hearing on the injunction, and I traveled to Louisiana for that hearing. It was 8 hours long, and absolutely damning for the government. If you see the post I placed in the first post in this thread, you can scroll down and read all about it.

🚨TREAD: I am in a very unique position, in that I’ve know Larry Sinclair since 2011. Usually, I don’t personally KNOW the subject of interviews like this. To watch people I call my friends say terrible things about him because they DON’T know him like I do, hurts in a different way. It is actually a great lesson for me, because I know that I have been one of them in the past. I’m never usually hurtful towards people, which I am seeing a LOT OF. But, I do form opinions and have disdain for others based on certain things.

🚨THREAD: The COVID crisis was something I will never forget. We did *ACTUAL* journalism through the entire thing. WE attempted to get information about lifesaving treatment to people. WE informed EARLY on the shot. Here is a thread of some of the articles you may have missed. On April 3, 2020 we sounded the alarm about giving up our liberty in the face of fear. It was very controversial at the time. We hope that it hasn’t remained so and that we never do this again. uncoverdc.com/2020/04/03/fea…

People who buy those lists typically use them to canvass and help the BOE keep the rolls clean. Image

🚨Missouri v. Biden: Interesting update. Amicus brief filed by democrat led states and the District of Columbia in support of government censorship. I say it’s interesting, because the government is arguing that states don’t have standing, and in come the left to support them.
