@MintPressNews Gee I can’t imagine why she felt unsafe at @NorthwesternU you Hamas loving fucks.

Danielle Chalfie had every reason to feel unsafe.

Your denialism is not surprising. Just like October 7. Sickening terror-regime worshipers who should be kicked out of our country ASAP. Image
@MintPressNews @NorthwesternU Meet MintPress News…propaganda passing itself off as journalism.

‘whenever LeMay asked about where they got their $, "it was brushed off as a nonissue.’
‘I would go home feeling not squeaky clean,’ he said.”

@MintPressNews @NorthwesternU Meanwhile Danielle Chalfie volunteered during Covid to help make sure as many people could be saved as possible.

That’s who you’re trashing.

She has the right to be and feel safe.

You have zero right to “encamp” in her space.

Note to Self:
What is my purpose in life? I asked the voice.

What if I told you that you fulfilled it when you took an extra hour to talk to that kid about his life?... said the voice.

Or when you paid for that young couple in the restaurant? Or when you saved that dog
in traffic? Or when you tied your father's shoes when he needed help?

Your problem is you equate your purpose with goal-based achievement. The Universe is not interested in your achievements... just your heart.

When you choose to act out of kindness, compassion and love, you
are already aligned with your true purpose.

No need to look any further!

Bayer Leverkusen, one of the greatest German teams to have never previously won the Bundesliga, has successfully completed an unbeaten campaign, securing the championship. This report will delve into the key player profiles of this Leverkusen side and will look at their statistical and tactical insights/setups from this current season.Image
First and foremost, I will examine the analytical and statistical attributes of the German side thus far, before delving into the tactical aspects of the team.

In terms of the attacking profile, the team excels in field tilt percentage and accurate passes per 90 minutes. Notably, the team shows no weaknesses in their attacking attributes; according to the radar chart, there is an even distribution across the board in attacking metrics.

Regarding the defensive profile, the team excels in counter-pressing actions and gegenpressing, and once again, exhibiting a balanced distribution across all defensive attributes.

Leverkusen is a remarkably balanced team, and under Xabi Alonso's management, it has become a German side that is efficient in both facets of the game: attacking and defensive strategies.Image
Image
Now, I would like to highlight the tactical ideology and setups of this German side. Since Xabi Alonso's appointment, the team has adopted a diagonal positioning and layered structure.

Employing a 3-4-3 setup with both vertical and diagonal positioning, it emphasizes man-to-man marking.

Examining their starting formation, the typical 3-4-3 arrangement is evident. However, Xabi Alonso has refined this setup distinctively compared to other managers such as Conte and Southgate who also use this tactical formation. Alonso instructs the wingbacks to play more like natural wingers rather than in traditional defensive positions, simultaneously allowing their central midfielders, Xhaka and Andrich, to drop back into half-spaces to cover for attacking transitions against Bayern. This adjustment is clear when observing Grimaldo’s average position during the match; he is hardly recognizable as a wingback. Conversely, Stasinic was tasked with a more defensive role, balancing the right flank against Bayern’s attacking prowess, while Grimaldo pushed up to his usual winger position.

Having the fullbacks positioned very high up the pitch has enhanced Bayer Leverkusen’s attacking output significantly over the past year. To illustrate, during the 2022/2023 Bundesliga campaign, Leverkusen was limited to only 57 goals through their 34-game campaign; however, with three games left to play in the current season, they have already scored 77 goals.

This increase in goal-scoring capability is largely due to the new structural setup demanded by Alonso, which keeps fullbacks high and wide, with the number 6/8 players covering gaps in central transition areas and two number 10s supporting their striker, while having the freedom to occupy open spaces to destroy the oppositions backline structure.

The images below are from the match against Bayern Munich on February 10, 2024, Leverkusen effectively utilized this setup to score three times against the Bundesliga titans.Image

The key is to lock in the circle of connotations around the Ivy League. They stacked faculties with “decolonization” scholars, recruited left-wing student activists, and hired sympathetic administrators. We need to drive internal conflicts and connect all of the dots in public.
The second step is to remind voters that they are subsidizing these ideologies, and, more importantly, these people, through direct federal support, student loans, and Biden’s debt payoff scheme (don’t call it “debt forgiveness”). Call to action should be “defund the Ivy League.”
It’s important to remember that we should not throw Ivy League administrators a lifeline. The Right should be careful not to overreact; the best approach is to remain quiet and let the Left tear itself apart. The longer the encampments stay, the more the Left will fracture.

1. AstraZeneca has admitted in court for the first time that its Covid-19 vaccine can cause rare but deadly blood clotting, reports The Telegraph.

The company is facing class action suits over claims that its Covid vaccination caused serious injury or death in dozens of cases.

2. Lawyers representing the claimants believe some of the cases could be worth up to £20 million in compensation.

Taxpayers will cover any potential settlement because of an indemnity deal AstraZeneca struck with the Government during the height of the pandemic.
3. Jamie Scott, a father of 2, filed the first case last year after experiencing permanent brain damage from a blood clot and brain bleeding following vaccination in April 2021.

His case is among 51 currently in the High Court seeking damages totaling around £100 million.

$sofi Part of the ceo job is to sell the stock. Noto is talented and spends time on this. I think the sofi board and c-suite is a bit confused on what the market wants. They have pivoted their messaging a few times. 1/
$sofi in ‘22, growth stocks suffered from multiple compression but sofi managed to get a bank charter and continue chugging along. The poor stock performance was capturing beta. Oh well, moving along 2/
$sofi in ‘23 the stock was severely oversold, and traded ~10x ebitda despite strong growth. But the market began having concern about loan growth/risk and marks. The stock re rated from 4-5 to 7-8 but couldn’t sustain anything above 3/

@safariwithselle @HonKangata @KenyaGovernors @InteriorKE @KindikiKithure The stone the builders rejected becoming the head corner stone ? Fortunately not so fast. Let's talk professional standards for fire & rescue services. Versus a bunch of OJT clowns in halloween suits ?
For a lack of our own local standards that provide a benchmark for what is expected of services in providing for their communities, & what they need to do to achieve those expectations. Can pick international ones such as the NFPA, for our critique @safariwithselle ?
@safariwithselle For me, above all else there are 8 standards, that are key. These are on:
1. Emergency response itself,
2. Operational prep'dness,
3. Operational competence,
4. Operational learning,&
Code of Ethics
Risk
6. Mgmt Planning
7. Prevention &
8. Protection5.Community

Final exams begin this week and VCU must provide students the opportunity to safely and successfully complete the semester. The gathering violated several university policies. Image
VCU respectfully and repeatedly provided opportunities for those individuals involved – many of whom were not students -- to collect their belongings and leave. Those who did not leave were subject to arrest for trespassing.
While supporting an environment that fosters protected speech and expressive activity, VCU must maintain an atmosphere free of disruption to the university’s mission.

Some thoughts & question arising from an article about abuse from the Orthodox Presbyterian Church magazine for officers.

A thread...🧵
opc.org/os.html?articl…
Image
The article lists some books on the subject. But it got me thinking: although a pressing and important issue, often people forget to start with the basic: what is abuse?

Not knowing its definition, it is hard to agree that it should be something we should not disagree on. Image
Making matter more confusing, abuse is often a catchall for various types of sins & degrees of heinousness: is verbal abuse on par with physical abuse? Image

@tozdee57 @ChildOfAlba And Swinney is? Oh dear. SNP are finished unless members can take a deep breath and agree on a candidate for leader. If it’s someone who is another continuity candidate then the party is definitely over.
1/
@tozdee57 @ChildOfAlba SNP has been split right down the middle. They’d be better allowing the split to happen and to encourage two parties to grow. Stop the name calling. It just makes you look immature. 2/
@tozdee57 @ChildOfAlba At GE there will be big losses for SNP. Not only is the parliamentary party splitting, but the electorate is heading in opposite directions. Unless major action us taken then there will feel a Labour/Tory coalition created in ‘26. They will have 5 years to undo so much 3/

THREAD

The GG, David Hurley, is going in July.

Historians will deliver verdicts on his tenure soon enough.

They'll get another chance in 95 years - he's left a "legacy" out to 2119.

We'll get to it later, but this photo provides a clue 👇 Image
READER WARNING: Long thread, and we need to cover old ground to get some new stuff.

If want the short-cut, you can read about it here:

michaelwest.com.au/diamond-dagger…
So let's begin.

My take on the GG - he's probably the worst one since SIr John Kerr.

Hurley's list of indiscretions includes: secrecy, conflict of interests, and poor Vice-Regal practices.
