Our best strategy to fight the opioid crisis is to stop addiction before it starts. But prevention education is an enormous unmet need in Massachusetts schools. We're changing that. #ProjectHere
Project Here — free substance use prevention education — is available for every public middle school in our state.
We are now in more than 250 schools as we kick off our second year. #ProjectHere
Our new app Project Here Games gives students the chance to practice healthy skills and put them to use in real-world scenarios. #ProjectHere
We've relaunched the #ProjectHere toolkit with more than 50 resources and lesson plans for students and teachers to directly address issues like vaping and opioid misuse.
We're also announcing more than $420,000 in grants for 109 schools across Massachusetts to continue the life-saving and empowering work supporting our students and fighting the opioid crisis. #ProjectHere
This new app and grant funding will help students make the right decisions. We encourage every school to sign up for #ProjectHere to access these free resources for their students.
