Good morning, it’s another busy day here at UK Parliament as the @HouseofCommons will be debating #BrexitNextSteps. Here’s a breakdown of what that means. ⬇️

On 15 January, the Prime Minister’s negotiated deal failed to receive the @HouseofCommons approval. Last Monday she made a statement setting out what she intended to do next.

Today MPs will vote on the Prime Minister’s proposed #BrexitNextSteps. Several MPs have proposed amendments to her plan.

MPs will not be voting to approve the negotiated deal today. The debate and vote allow the @HouseofCommons to express its views on what should happen next.
