This could easily become a thread of Coburn's various heckles in the EU Parliament's Hemicycle. He's currently shouting 'good' to Guy Verhofstadt's moan about Brexit creating 'uncertainty'

Molly Scott Cato, a Green MEP, is Corburn's next victim but don't worry Mairead McGuinness, who is chairing the debate, is to the rescue suggesting she would ban the word 'rubbish' from the EU Parliament chamber...

Nigel Farage, who isn't very complimentary about the EU, is also the victim of a number of heckles inside the chamber... David Coburn, however, hollering with delight this time!
