Michael Flynn and his business partner Bijan Kian allegedly served as unregistered lobbyists for Turkish interests.
Flynn is cooperating with Mueller and will testify against Kian.

Alleged violations of the U.S. Constitution’s emoluments clause (MD and DC AGs)
The Washington Post reported that Saudi lobbyists had paid for an estimated 500 nights in Trump’s D.C. hotel so veterans could lobby against a bill the Saudi government opposed.
