Christine Durham: Use these workshops today to explore role models for how to get involved and provide civic leadership.
Christine Durham: It’s one thing to help people see that they have implicit bias, it’s another thing to help people live without using it. If people have the skills for tracking it, they can get better at challenging their implicit bias.
Christine Durham: We need public policy that supports women, families and children.
Christine Durham: We, as a nation, don’t appear to about families and children. Our policy shows that. We have no national policy on child care and maternity leave.
Christine Durham: Men belong behind and next to women the women in their lives in the work of these policies.
