Hilton took the lead in the 8th minute of play, Chris Smith cut in from the right wing before curling the ball past the onrushing Holbrook 'keeper.
Just moments later Ben Litchfield levelled the scores, heading the ball across the line from close range from a free kick.
Steve Levy fired the ball in from six-yards out to put Holbrook in front early on in the second half.
Hilton refused to back down and accept defeat; however, The Harriers just could not find the all important equaliser to force extra time.
Holbrook emerged victorious, winning the DCFA Junior Cup South after scoring goals either side of half-time in a close fought 2-1 triumph over Hilton at Grange Park.
