The difference has began to show. Buni declared a State of Emergency (SoE) on inauguration but started with advancing his personal interests.

Conversely, Zulum didn’t proclaim a SoE but started promoting public interests immediately.
Only in Yobe have I EVER heard of a leader who announced SoE today and got wedded 24hrs later! A clear evidence that he either doesn’t know SoE or is simply paying lip service.

Both Zulum and Buni were anointed by their predecessors. But it has started to show that one has his people at heart while the other, maybe, not so much.
Buni started on a bad note and first impressions last forever. He must tell himself the truth & show some seriousness.
