First up it’s his old pal Vladimir. The pair bonded by joking about their problems with the “fake media.” In Russia, 58 journalists have been killed since 92 and hundreds arbitrarily detained according to @pressfreedom 2/6

Next up it’s MBS, the Saudi Crown Prince who US intel agencies concluded likely ordered the brutal torture, murder, and dismemberment of US citizen Jamal Khashoggi. Trump laughed and shook hands with MBS during the G20 official photo. 3/6

Ah, and here is Trump grinning and giving the thumbs up to Jair Bolsonaor, the far-right “Trump of the Tropics” Brazilian president. No one is quite sure why Trump gets on so well with the homophobic, misogynistic and corrupt strongman 4/6

And let’s not forget Xi Jinping, China’s “leader for life” who has an iron grip on the media and social media. And let’s not forget the dystopian nightmare he has created for China’s Uighur minority. 5/6

Last, but certainly not least, we have Recep Tayyip Erdogan, a man who knows a thing or two about silencing opposing voices and jailing journalists. Again, a big thumbs up from Donald. 6/6
