Let's recall what @US_FDA has stated about food labeled #glutenfree in restaurants:

Based on @US_FDA policy, we would expect the agency to express concern about restaurant food labeling that is inconsistent with the FDA definition of "gluten-free" and work with state and local government on this public health issue raised by @GMA and others @FDACommissioner 8/8
