Since 2017, > 30 @tesla employees have been victim of whistleblower retaliation

$TSLA Employees blew the whistle on fraud, safety , harassment, sexual assault & more. Most disturbing, many were terminated immediately after contacting Musk or ethics hotline.

1/

This $TSLA & @elonmusk pattern of whistleblower retaliation is now beyond dispute. In addition, a double digit number of OSHA whistleblower retaliation claims are active.

This thread will touch on 20+ of those employees, external critics , & the pattern continuing at SpaceX.

2/

Retaliation happening immediately after notifying Musk or ethics hotline strike me as blatant, pernicious bad faith.

Former Army CID Karl Hansen filed a SOX whistleblower complaint against $TSLA & @elonmusk personally alleging Musk involvement:

3/

This corroborated case of sexual assault at $TSLA whereby the victim was fired immediately after contacting Musk disturbs me daily.

4/

Employee sees both fraud & safety concerns going on at $TSLA, refuses to falsify documents, calls the ethics hotline with what he sees, terminated.

5/

What's that? Employee sees clear evidence of financial fraud re: solar valuations & revenues? Wonders why $TSLA ignores his concerns & goes directly to Musk . . . fired

6/

for good measure, this complaint against $TSLA (its Staples vs., 3 plaintiffs) also has retalation for trying to eliminate words like "faggot" from the workplace.

7/

Now let's focus on the many other examples where an employee pointed out fraud & was subsequently terminated.

Elon is in the clear on this one, the employee only spoke of the two separate schemes to willfully sell $TSLA lemons to Jerome Guillen.

8/

When in doubt, Musk attacks the whistleblower. He falsely plushes the narrative that Tripp was "bribed", while failing to ever negate his specific, documented allegations against $TSLA

9/

. @3d_Cristina is now suing $TSLA for defamation involving their retaliation against her. Ever one to prove my point, $TSLA counsel forged her signature "for her benefit" in Oregon court.

Cristina has the courage to speak publicly for herself.

10/

Many of the safety related whistleblower claims involve sprinkling of fraud as well, as $TSLA appears willing to commit any act to hide its safety statistics.

@pac_watson blew the whistle & had Child Protective Services contacted for her courage:

$TSLA believes it can ignore whatever laws & regulations they want. What they can't ignore is employees pointing them out.

12/

$TSLA really hates the safety spotlight

13/

Terria McKnight was so worried about $TSLA retaliating for her safety complaints, she peed herself. Her concern was warranted.

14/

Next, let's highlight $TSLA retaliating against employees for wanting a work environment where women are treated equally & harassment doesn't occur daily.

Let's start with "equal pay", a foreign concept to $TSLA

15/

Marcus Vaughn is right, $TSLA does have a pattern of promoting bigots & punishing the harassed.

16/

The wheels of justice are turning in the $TSLA whistleblower complaints, as this one is finally making it to trial.

Without the context of the thread, I would never have believed this one.

$TSLAQ

18/

Cases of $TSLA retaliating against employees injured on the job or having other disabilities litter the docket. Here's one example.

19/

Not touched on are the countless other examples, public & private, that are more standard type claims, such as this.

20/

Or Musk's threatening to "nuke" an employee & then shoving him a parking lot, all part of the pattern.

These instances are just the tip of the iceberg on a $TSLA culture that defines fast & quick, unless you have ethics. Then your contribution is strictly forbidden.

$TSLA executive turnover is near 100%, I don't wonder why.

Retaliation against non-Tesla employees tk.

22/

This thread today from the sage @temp_worker details the $tsla style pattern of retaliation extending to SpaceX better than I could.

New $TSLA Whistleblower suit for solar fraud alleging Tesla sold projects to gov't entities (Balt & Montg counties) that 1) Tesla had "no intent to honor the obligations they had" & 2) caused "revenue from sales to be overstated"

Accounting & general fraud secured

Big deal

Case details (for a case that in and of itself has felled other companies)

Eskay et al vs. $TSLA et al

This $tsla accounting (likely tax as well) fraud has now been alleged by 5 independent employees to have occurred both before & after the $scty merger.

@PlainSite do you have this docket up on your site? I can't find it but imagine you do.

Thanks

here we have another $TSLA employee who works up courage to note he is being paid / promoted less than his non-white colleagues

Employee is quickly terminated upon speaking up. The pattern of "conscious disregard of the rights & safety" of employees continues unabated

Saucer vs

Find me a whistleblower/anti-retaliation statue w jurisdiction re: $TSLA & I'll show you a statute Tesla has violated.

This time at least, not for fraud, but basic discrimination against those w disabilities. Mr. Thurman-Silva has obtained the EEOC right to sue letter.
