The investigation of the FBI and DOJ investigation of Clinton emailgate makes it very clear that Peter Strzok (deputy head of the FBI Counterintelligence Division and in charge of the Clinton investigation) was informed about the major security issue

Besides the fact that Peter Strzok knew that virtually all of Hillary Clinton’s emails were forwarded to a Chinese State owned company email address; Strzok was reportedly having an affair with Lisa Page, who was on the (anti-Trump) Mueller investigation

Wouldn’t anyone in FBI Counterintelligence have bothered to investigate the email address to which all but 4 of 30,000 Clinton emails were forwarded?

Wouldn’t the FBI have checked metadata on Clinton’s emails themselves?
Why did the FBI ask the ICIG people how they found it?

It turns out the FBI knew about the forwarding email address on Clinton’s emails before they were informed of this by members of the OCIG
Didn’t they investigate it?

What if the emails weren’t being forwarded to a Chinese company, but a Deep State email address disguised as such

I don’t understand why the forwarding of virtually all of Hillary Clinton’s emails to the email address of a State owned Chinese company didn’t ring alarm bells with the FBI, and this highly relevant info was apparently ignored in the decision not to prosecute her?

The ICIG got involved with Clinton email investigation in March 2015 after a Russian (he was the Romanian hacker Guccifer) hacker hacked Clinton’s friend, Sidney Blumenthal’s account; and a subsequent senate request in relation to email practices of several Secretaries of State

The first document provided by Clinton was a single printed email
🚩In this email Clinton replied to an email that she apparently never received. 🤨
But even that email had the forwarding address

Rucker who was investigating the emails asked Dean Chappell of the FBI what that email address means, and how was it inserted in her emails - but he got no reply.

I’ve just read the end of the report.
It raises more questions than answers

The association of email address with a Chinese State owned company seems speculative, not proven.

Combetta, claims he created the email address but her emails were being forwarded before he created it
