if men, even straight men, could _also_ speak about "touchy-feely" stuff, i.e., the really hard problems that don't have technical solutions, without getting stigmatized.

@jwiechers I tend to seek a solution of the really hard, non-technical, problems from women because it's not as inconceivable for women than for men to talk about emotions in tech at all.

@jwiechers But, given a business climate in which any touchy-feely stuff is seen as exploitable vulnerability, delegating the speaking out to women puts an undue burden on them, and your post is an important and timely reminder of this.
