Film producers Benjamin McConley of South Florida, Jason Van Eman of Oklahoma, and former Wells Fargo employee Benjamin Rafael of Florida were charged with fraud and money laundering in a fraudulent movie financing scheme.

Looks like a former attorney for Secretary of Energy Rick Perry, Tony Buzbee, was also a victim. A victim, at least, of Jason Van Eman (and some other people) not named in the charges above.
