Nehru was given parole twice a week in 1935 to visit ill wife. He was kept in a palatial guest house with all facilities. Savarkar was sent to Kala Pani in Andamans, made to do hard labour, work of bull of taking out of oil.
Neither of the Savarkar brothers were even informed of the DEATH of the wife of elder brother Babarao in the Andamans, not to talk of visit on parole when she was ill, or even a parole after she died.
Nehru was given parole twice a week in 1935 to be with his ill wife. In Sept 1935 he was released from jail 5 & half months before term end to FLY by PLANE to Europe to visit ill wife!
