For those interested, a few more detailed updates in from the state's evidence in the #DanMarkel murder trial today (short thread).

1/ #CharlieAdelson deleted texts talking about defendant #SigfredoGarcia.

2/ There were six calls between defendants #SigfredoGarcia and #KatherineMagbanua on the day of #Markel’s death. Cell records for #LuisRivera show his trip with Garcia from Miami to Tallahassee in June of 2014.

3/ The state’s Criminal Financial Investigator revealed that #SigfredoGarcia bought a motorcycle and a couple of cars within 4 months of the murder. #LuisRivera bought a motorcycle and a car. Magbanua got a Lexus (from the Adelsons) and breast augmentation.

4/ #CharlieAdelson texted #KatherineMagbanua's name, birthday, SSN, and address to his mother in September of 2014.
