On my live I addressed the smear that #KamalaHarris protected Catholic clergy pedophiles. That is a damn LIE, but don't take my word for it. In 2010 the ADA who created the policy under Hallinan debunked the lie in a letter to the editor (which I read).

Adding this thread to the list of anti-Kamala smears. In summary: #KamalaHarris did NOT attack or bully the family of Nina Simone. Her DOJ was involved because of EMBEZZLEMENT happening with Ms. Simone's charitable trust. A settlement was reached.
