Bruce-Umbaugh & Cole were in possession of 2 AR-15s, an AK-47 & a 9mm pistol when pulled over by Garza Cty Sheriffs deputies. Both were dressed in "combat/tactical attire," & a large knife was visible in the center console of a 2000 Ford Focus with WA plates
During the stop, while their licenses were being run, Bruce-Umbaugh admitted to a deputy that "we have rifles in the back." When told to exit the vehicle, Cole tried to tell the sheriffs they had no consent to search the car
A narcotics dog was brought to the scene, & the deputies found the firearms, marijuana, & THC oil in the car. 1,500-2,000 rounds of ammo were also found. Bruce-Umbaugh claimed all the gun & weed - important, since Cole can't own guns right now thedailybeast.com/kaleb-james-co…
In possibly the most significant element from this document, Bruce-Umbaugh told the deputies after being arrested & ID'd that he and Cole were on their way to Houston to "meet with some friends - which is where AWD's leadership cell currently lives

Also worth noting that this warrant is only enforceable *in Washington State* and Cole's charges are only misdemeanor offenses. Takeaway: red flag laws are weak/unenforceable out of state, & feds have not pulled the trigger on whatever bigger case they're building on Cole
