We are committed to addressing the #opioid crisis and implementing forward-thinking, innovative strategies to decrease the burden on our most vulnerable populations.
I truly believe, #stigma is one of our biggest killers. We must work together to alleviate stigma so our loved ones and families feel comfortable seeking help. Only then will we be able to reach those who need help the most.
Patient advocacy is important. Glad the voices of patients are at the table for a discussion on treating chronic pain & #opioid use disorders. Adrian Williams is a patient w/ Sickle Cell Disease that has dedicated his life to advocating on behalf of underserved communities.
