Here’s a quick, short thread on white labeling/outsourcing services. This is one way you can enter an industry without having the best technical skills.

In simple words, a white-label service is a product/service which is sold under one brand’s name but was made by another company. The key to white-label is anonymity, as consumers who buy the end product are not aware that it was originally produced by a white-label provider.

A really broad example of white labeling/private labeling is Walgreens, save a lot, with their really generic items they. They buy from a wholesale distributor, and just attach their brand name on it, and tada, it’s a Walgreen brand item.

Through white-label, you can sell a product, software, or services. A basic example is how I did my first SEO job. I was doing only website development and wasn’t too great at SEO at the time. I found a client who really needed SEO for their website.

I paid an SEO reseller 600 for the job and charged the customer 1,300 a month. In local traffic they were targetting, they became 2nd in google search. Basically, the experts do the work and you sell that work for a profit.

🚨With white-label, your job is essentially is client acquisition. And managing the work.🚨
It is also a really great way to get into, for example, the digital marketing industry without being an expert.
You can white-label a lot of different services.

you can start offering website, software development, and outsource that work to the real experts.
You can offer SEO services, facebook, and other social advertising services. White label app development. Content creation, copywriting.

For any service, there is a team of experts or provider you can outsource to.

I know a candle manufacturer near me. They sell their candles in two ways. One is online. The other, they sell wholesale to people who want to private label. They sell the candles without any logos or brands at a wholesale bulk price,

and that other companies just slaps their logo on it and resells them. The manufactures love wholesale buyers because they have a continuous partnership and someone to always sell to. The buyers don’t have to worry about manufacturing costs, problems.

There are a lot of manufacturers, that don't want to deal with customers AT ALL. They create products just for wholesalers, and the only thing they work on is producing quality products.

If this is new information for some people, make sure you do your research. ESPECIALLY on the provider that you choose to white label from, and always do test runs first.

In white labeling there a lot of pros but just as many cons. Do the research and you can definitely succeed in anything.
You can build an agency doing this. Find the best provider, build partnerships. Longterm you can do all the services you provide in-house.

🚨BONUS TIP 🚨
As beginners, I cannot urge this enough: You need to specialize in an area. Don’t try to offer every little service you can think of. Don’t be a jack of all trades, and a master of none. You have to start with one thing or two, and specialize in that area as much

as you can. If you offer SEO services, stick to that. Don’t offer Facebook ads. If you are going to do Facebook ads, don’t offer anything else, until you can get fantastic results. Another way to add to your specialization is, offering these services to one type of industry in

the beginning. For example, you offer ONLY SEO services to ONLY car dealerships. you should be going to your clients and sending the message,Hey I am an expert in SEO, look at the results we have gotten for these other dealerships.

🚨MORE BONUS TIPS 🚨
Make sure you have an online presence if you're going to provide online services.
-Have a website
-Twitter, social media
-LinkedIn
-Traffic to yourself
-Build your brand
-Get free case studies, work for free
-Test your abilities
