I’m standing in line to vote in the Water St elections and I am at least three turns away from the polling station.
As I near the station, those in the queue are directing lost-looking people to the end of the line. The line is so long it’s actually faster to walk around the back of the polling station rather than to follow the line from the front to the end.
Video I took earlier showing the queue
Election workers and people in line just helped to direct an elderly, hearing impaired and illiterate woman to an alternate entrance that would allow her to skip the line/stairs. (She said she didn’t know how to write and only knew how to enter her name.) 😭❤️🇭🇰
Just voted for the first time in my life EVER! It took just under an hour and was simple and easy. Please DM me for media inquiries. Jk please don’t.
