I took a break from reading Ninth House 1- because it’s boring and 2- to read reviews for a sense of why people love it and when it takes off. Half the GR reviews I read awarded stars to Ninth House because Bardugo wrote the Grishaverse and that’s why I don’t trust none of you.
I know, I know *any of you. I’ve been reading Ninth House for 87 years and my brain is mush.
I was trying to hold it in until the end so y'all don't get tired of my Ninth House feelings, but I have so many. Now that I'm half-way through, my biggest complaint is that Bardugo didn't think through all the implications of the choices she made.
Congrats to anyone who enjoys my ranty reviews except SURPRISE the next one will be about Ninth House.
