A couple of interesting points to mention about this:
Safari (in-app) stats doubled in November (5.11%) compared to October (2.23%). The same for Android Webview, November (3.23%) vs October (1.90%).
My guess would be all the social links through to the Register to Vote page.
Also, 61,372,265 "users" is the most we've ever seen over a month since GOV.UK was launched back in February 2012. Digital Transformation win indeed!
