Collective chuckle from every lawyer in the room when NYPD claims a settlement with no admission of wrongdoing means it did nothing wrong.

Fact check: the #POSTAct doesn’t limit the NYPD’s ability to use any surveillance tools. It simply asks them to publish an impact and use policy for each technology.
