Stigma is when we separate people into “us” and “them”. We should use supportive and non-stigmatizing language so we do NOT reinforce it. Speak out to correct stereotypes 🗣

Moms all too often put themselves last. How do we help them take things off their plate so they too are a priority? We must empower the moms in our lives so they can get to their doctor appointments and know the signs and symptoms of ❤️ disease early. #HeartMonth
