IO Satish Dagar informed the court that LOC has been opened against Somesh Prasad and LRs are pending in further probe.

The Judge asks - “why did you arrest your own DSP Devender Kumar and spoil his career when the main player (Somesh Prasad) is yet to be arrested?”
On Sathish Saba’s claim that he paid Rs 1 crore to Prasad brothers in Dubai as first instalment of the deal, CBI IO informs the judge that “there is no hard evidence of that payment”.
