Key recommendations made include:
✅ TMP exceptions should not lead to class based discrimination
✅ Prescribe comprehensive transparency and accountability requirements
✅ Avoid "wait and watch" approach. Build interim frameworks

✅ Facilitate measurement reference tools through user facing measurement tools, survey methods, open source software, and hackathons
✅ Ensure multistakeholder body is not susceptible to regulatory capture of large industry players
