Unless TDSAT gives verdict that ignores basic SC ruling, difficult 2 give PSUs relief @dpradhanbjp @rsprasad @narendramodi as little ground to treat PSUs differently
As @VodaIdea_NEWS moves to default, govt loss > revenue it can earn! #WhoWillInvestInIndia?

Pyrrhic victory for @rsprasad @narendramodi Huge hit to India's reliability as investment destination + Govt can at best hope to get ₹50,000-60,000cr from AGR dues as @VodaIdea_NEWS nears default but
banks & govt stand to lose large part of ₹2.7 lakh cr

Can @rsprasad @narendramodi explain what govt does with the 5% spectrum usage charge that is meant for rural telephony? How much of this has actually been used in rural areas?

@rsprasad @narendramodi Some say TDSAT will go by definition of revenue in the license and NOT by what is in the annexure. Read SC on it: "Gross revenue and AGR have been given the meaning coupled with the format and the Annexures which form part of the contract ..."
So PSUs may not get relief @rsprasad

@rsprasad @narendramodi Given how SC delivered killer blow to industry on the basis of a badly-drafted license agreement, imp investor-lesson: read all contracts very carefully, imagine the worst possible interpretation anyone can give & then invest in India since govt @narendramodi will NEVER bat for you
