@SenSanders In France, a presidential system where the "government" (=cabinet of ministers) is picked by parliamentarian elex, there's the President, who's in charge of a lot of domestic issues+the vast majority of foreign policy, + the PM, head of gov, steeped in the minutiae of domestic.
