Today was a chocolate ganache day. Made a batch of ganache, two Chocolate Ganache Supreme Cakes, and 12 packs of the 2-slice individual packs. /1 😀❤️🍫 @Publix @PublixJobs #Publix #publixcake
These cakes (both the full size & 2-slice packs) are chocolate cake, covered with chocolate whipped topping, put in the freezer to set, then warm chocolate ganache poured over top. Decorated w/fudge icing & chocolate candies. Very decadent and totally worth the calories IMHO! /2
Also did a tray of Cookie & Dream cupcakes. Didn’t take a picture but this from the Publix website is what they look like. More chocolate! Chocolate cupcake, chocolate whipped topping, chocolate cookie crumb topping, chocolate ganache drizzle! 3/3
Learned a new cake today: our cake of the month, Strawberry Limonatta. Layers of vanilla cake, lemon filling, fresh strawberries, Chantilly icing, more lemon filling & a little powdered sugar on top, fresh lemon slices & strawberries on top. @Publix @PublixJobs #publixcake
