COVID+, decompensated, now hypotensive. #COVIDecho, #EchoFirst, #COVIDー19, #NYPQueens, #NYP

This was a relatively young pt who presented with hypoxic RF, +COVID, then acutely decomp -> PEA arrest -> successful ROSC then found to have McConnell sign on POCUS. The team did a tremendous job obtaining ROSC and making rapid dx, hopefully will translate to good outcome

Here’s another case of someone with no PMH who presented with hypoxemia, +COVID who then acutely decompensated and is now hypotensive/ARDS on pressor.
