Wet dreams don’t always mean you did the deed with isilwane/tikoloshe. Sometimes you’d have such dreams bcz you hadn’t had sex in a loooong time & maybe you’ve been thinking about it a lot. However, this should only occur once in a while.Maybe once in 6 months or even once a year.

The problem begins when you start see a trend in wet dreams. When they occur way too often ie, on a monthly basis. If it’s isilwane it will come back more than once & at some point you will have anxiety about it because your instinct will just tell you something is off.

The impacts of sleeping with isilwane are; developing isigcwagcwa, where people just stop liking you. People get irritable around you. If you’re married, your spouse will be almost disgusted by you. In the most extreme cases, you might even start having foul odor on you genitals.

And I’ve also heard it can interfere with fertility. The only people who can banish isilwane are izangoma/ traditional healers...word has it that not all of them can do it bcz some Tikoloshe’s aqinisiwe.Meaning the witches who own then casted spells on them to make them powerful

How can one protect themselves against utikoloshe?

Sea salt has been know to be very effective. Sprinkle it around your bed/pour it on your bathtub when you bath. There’s also a tree called isigqiki that can be planted at your home to prevent Tikoloshes from harming anyone.

Prayer also works but obviously it always depends on how strong in faith you are & how strong the tikoloshe is. Holy water also works.
